Nature Therapy - Preserving Food

Join us for a fun and informative evening. Together we’ll explore timeless methods of food preservation, from salting and smoking to canning and honey-soaking, with a modern, research-based twist.

Whether you want to reduce food waste, stretch your grocery budget, or savor the taste of seasonal harvests year-round, this program will give you the tools and inspiration you need.
